Physicians Rehab Solution (“PRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers RightTrack PT, a therapy consulting program combining TherapyIQ insights with PRS guidance. This policy explains how we handle information collected through righttrackpt.com, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, demo requests, and related business communications.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you request information or a demonstration, we collect the information you submit. Depending on the form, this may include:
- Name, email address, and telephone number.
- Job title, practice name, and practice location.
- Number of therapy clinic locations.
- Whether your practice offers physical or occupational therapy.
- Other information you provide in business communications.
We receive information you choose to submit through our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. We also maintain inquiry and contact information in our customer relationship management system (“CRM”).
Website usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, referral sources, browser and device information, and approximate location.

We do not sell or rent information submitted through our inquiry or lead forms, or share that information with other businesses for their own marketing.
Our use of Google Analytics involves sharing website usage information with Google as described above. That is separate from the contact information you submit to request a demo.

Browser controls and the add-on do not necessarily control every form of information collection by other services.
LinkedIn, Vimeo, and other services
If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, PRS handles the information received under this policy. LinkedIn separately handles information under its own privacy policy.
Our website includes an embedded Vimeo video. Vimeo may collect information about your device and interaction with its player under its own privacy policy.
Third-party websites and services linked from our website have their own privacy practices.
Information retention and security
Our retention approach is to keep information for the purposes described in this policy, considering the nature of the inquiry, our business relationship, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements.
No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may email brandon@yourprs.com to request correction of your contact information, deletion of your inquiry information, or an end to marketing follow-up.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information. We will evaluate requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or other permitted purposes.
Business inquiries only
Our forms are intended for professional and business communications. Please do not submit patient records, patient identifiers, or sensitive medical information.
This policy covers website and marketing inquiries. It does not govern patient information or data handled within separately contracted services.
